Powerschool is being affected by an issue that is causing it to be inaccessible. The IT team is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.

Downtime
Limited connectivity issue with ASD-Students WiFi
The ASD-Students wifi network is being affected by an issue that is causing students to be unable to access PowerSchool and the Self-Service app. The IT team is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
A workaround is available: students connecting to the Welcome wifi can access PowerSchool and Self-Service without issue. Teachers are unaffected.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will post further updates to https://status.asdubai.org every two hours. We will send an email again once the issue has been resolved.
Maintenance
Internet gateway maintenance
The IT team will conduct preventative maintenance on one of our internet gateways this afternoon at 4:45pm. This maintenance will:
- Result in approx 5 minutes of internet downtime for the ASD wifi network. Welcome and ASD-Student will not be affected.
- Possibly result in a 5 minute window between 4:50 and 5:10pm where, when a device is moved between locations or connects to the WiFi for the first time, result in an authentication warning or a delay when connecting.
We will post further updates to https://status.asdubai.org, but will only send an update email if the maintenance takes significantly longer than expected.

Outage on various services
A power issue on campus is causing interruptions in some of our services. Our facilities and IT teams are working to restore normal operations. The affected services include:
• When connecting to WiFi, you may experience an "Authentication failed on network" error. After dismissing this error, your laptop will then connect normally.
• On-campus phones are currently down
• The Self-Service app and new laptop registration is not available
