Issue affecting student print services and Self Service app

The IT team is investigating an issue related to student print services and the Self Service app. Since this morning at 8:00am, students trying to print may see their jobs stuck in the print queue, and it will not appear on the printer when they log in. If they open Self Service, they will not be able to log in.

This issue does not affect teacher printing or Self Service.

The IT team is working to resolve this issue and will post updates to https://status.asdubai.org/. In the meantime, students should submit electronic copies of documents while we work to restore printing.
